Crim's Cards reserves the right to change or terminate the loyalty programme at any time, either site-wide or on a case-by-case basis. All decisions are final.

Please be aware that if an order which generated loyalty points is cancelled or returned, any order using those points will also be cancelled.
If all orders concerned have already been shipped and the point-generating order is returned, a deduction equivalent to the monetary value of the amount of points spent will be subtracted from the return's refund.
